May 1st Update on COVID-19
Dear Patients,
May 1, 2020
We are pleased to share that Governor Newsom, as well as ASRM, released new recommendations which support us to resume treatments, including egg retrievals, embryo transfers, intrauterine inseminations (IUI), and most surgeries. The final decision on when to start treatments and surgeries may be delayed due to individual circumstances, and ultimately, will be made by you in discussion with your physician and clinical team.
We encourage patients to reach out to continue growing your family! #growingfamiliessafely2020! Contact us by the patient portal (IMS patient app), call: 949-706-2229 (BABY), or email: info@ocfertility.com.

Your health and safety remains our top priority. To continue providing industry-leading care, while limiting exposure to virus transmission, we have implemented and will continue to enforce safety measures. Please continue to monitor our website and stay in touch with our team, as these policies are subject to change based on regulatory conditions: www.ocfertility.com/
In brief summary, the following measures will remain in place for everyone’s protection:
Completion of patient COVID-19 risk screening questionnaire before each appointment
Attending appointments alone (i.e., without spouse, children, family members, friends)
Temperature taken at clinic arrival before rooming at your appointment
Spacing of patient appointments and staggering of Physicians and staff teams for physical distancing
Wearing a face/nose/mouth covering (i.e., mask, scarf, bandana, etc) AT ALL TIMES.
COVID-19 / SARS testing required for ALL patients receiving treatment, sometimes repeatedly
Cancelling treatment if a patient becomes ill, fails screening, or outside regulations dictate doing so
Continuing telehealth interactions whenever possible instead of in-person contact
Staggering OC Fertility team members, including physicians, to limit exposure risk
