OC Fertility has a new app!

A brand new OC Fertility app is now available in the App Store and Google Play! You can download our Patient Portal Guide or follow the instructions below.

If you are a patient with us who uses the IMS Patient App, you need to download the new OC Fertility app. Your username and password remain the same.

 

You can continue to access your patient portal as usual on your desktop and mobile device browsers.

Forgot Username or Password?

Select Forgot Username /Password? under the app login area to be sent an email to your registered email address to reset your password or find out your username.

New User?

If you never used our prior app or created a patient portal account, select New User? Register and complete the steps. You'll need to have your personal information on hand for secure identity verification.

If you never provided us with your email address, please:

  1. Email us with your first name, last name, date of birth and the best number to reach you at if we have any question
  2. We email back to confirm when we have added your email address.
  3. Once that’s done, return to the app and select New User? Register and complete the steps.
